Pre Orders

  • A pre-order is a reserve placed for a Product that is not yet available. Please allow a minimum of eight (8) weeks for your order to be delivered.

Product Availability

  • Quantities are limited, so all or part of your pre-order may be put on a waitlist if all available quantities have been reserved. If you are put on our waitlist, we will notify you if additional quantities become available for purchase.


  • Ferragamo accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB. Please note that we only accept credit cards with US billing addresses. Because of the pre-order nature of the transactions on this website, we do not obtain payment information at the time of order placement. Once your Product is available to ship, our Customer Service team will contact you to obtain your credit card information and process your order. Your credit card will be charged only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability.

Sales Tax

  • Ferragamo charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

Delivery and costs

  • Orders will be shipped using FEDEX delivery service. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. At this time, only delivers within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. In addition, will not process an order where a P.O. box , APO/FPO, or freight forwarder address is given as the delivery address.
  • Standard Delivery

    Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.

  • Two-Day Delivery

    If requested, add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping.

  • Next Day Delivery

    If requested, add $20.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping.

Order Status and Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. This email contains your FedEx tracking number, which you can use to track your package. You may also check the status of your order by logging into your account and going to the My Orders section or by contacting us at 866-FERRAGAMO.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns

    Ferragamo will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund in the form of the original payment method within 30 days of delivery. For gift returns, please contact 866-FERRAGAMO and a customer service representative will help process your return. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the date the returned item(s) are received. Please use the return form included in your order to indicate which item(s) you are returning, along with the reason for returning, and include it in the original packaging. Ferragamo has partnered with FedEx to make your return easier. Returns are free with our return mailing label included in your order. Simply complete the FROM section on the mailing label, affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx drop location. You may also use your own shipping method at your expense. Please send your merchandise back, via insured mail, to the following address:

  • Exchanges
